Walk for Humanity Bristol: Volunteers Needed ?
Walk for Humanity is a series of sponsored charity walks held in September and October. Thousands of like-minded people will hit the streets of Manchester, London and Bristol for a fun, family-friendly 10k walk to support people affected by disasters and emergencies around the world.
We are looking for some great volunteers to come along and support our events team as we deliver our first Walk for humanity Bristol. An event of this size requires a top-notch team behind the scenes so we'd love your help to ensure our supporters have a memorable and fantastic experience on the day.
Volunteers will be needed to:
- Marshall on route: Guide our walkers along the designated route, provide directions, and help ensure they are safe.
- Help out in the charity village: Assist with delivering activities on the day.
- Welcome participants and help deal with general enquiries and on the day registrations
- Present finisher medals to our deserving walkers.
- Bucket collect in the charity village.
This year’s Walk for humanity Bristol is taking place on Saturday 5th October 2024 and the walk will start and finish at Canon's Marsh Ampitheatre, Bristol.
